Note:

This is the adapter plug converter cable connected to the laptop via USB Type C. You need a USB-C adapter or power bank to support this. But the USB-C adapter or power bank should have enough power (watt power) to charge the laptop.
Make sure the wattage (volts and amps) of the USB Type-C adapter is not lower the input of the laptop (you can check this at the bottom of the laptop). For example, your laptop input is 19.5V, 3.33A 65W, then your USB-C adapter should not be less 65W, otherwise it will not work properly. Some customers often use their USB phone adapters to charge their laptops, but the performance is very low and of course does not work.
Please note that not all USB Type-C adapters are suitable for your laptop.
