It measures the power of the optical signal in mW and dBm in the range -70+10dBm for 7 wavelengths 850/1300/1310/1490/1550/1625/1650 nm, VFL power 10mW, wavelength 650nm (red color), insertion loss test for optical equipment, identification of interrupted or strangled fiber.
